FIDEREN is an Austin, TX-based LLC company founded in 2021, resulting from the partnership between two renewable procurement experts, who have been involved in Gigawatts of renewable energy projects for many decades now.

With our double presence in the USA and China, we can efficiently manage your procurement needs in PV module and BESS from the vendor/contractor assessment until the end of execution of your supply agreements.

Thanks to our 10-year network in renewable industry, we can provide you with procurement support for solar modules, BESS and construction and with business development advisory and support to develop your subcontracting activities and equipment sales in the United States, the Caribbean islands and Latin America.

Xavier is the Founder of FIDEREN. He has been dedicated to the procurement and construction management of solar projects since 2013, with a twenty-year + procurement career. Xavier has developed and implemented processes, procurement tools, built teams, and led negotiations for key supply or construction agreements for large-scale PV projects for over 3 GWp.

Our partner INNOREN brings over 15 years of experience within the PV Industry in business development and procurement. His founder has been involved in the international business development for inverter and modules vendors and managed the utility-scale PV and wind project development in North- and South-East Asia and the procurement of key PV, BESS and wind equipment for over 4.5 GWp
